I have a holistic/ client-centered approach to Therapy. I utilize various modalities including CBT, traditional talk Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy. I have extensive training in evidenced-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety (Trauma and Substance Abuse) and Interpersonal Therapy. I look forward to supporting you in meeting your personal goals.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology., I have a Master of Science in Counseling, with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy and a diploma in the Organizational field.
