Approach & Values

Life is all about relationships whether its our relationship with others or our relationship with the self. And when we begin to have trouble in these relationships, it can end up having a negative impact on different areas of our life. My goal is to meet you where you are at on your journey and to help you learn how to navigate your relationships in a more healthy and positive manner.
My passion is working side by side with those who are motivated to work through the old patterns that keep them from moving forward. I work with my clients in order to help them grow and make the necessary changes to live a more fulfilling life and to have more meaningful relationships. So let’s continue your journey to who YOU want to be.

Education

I graduated with my BA in Psychology at California State University of San Bernardino in 2014 and my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Hope International University in 2017. After graduation I spent a little over two years working towards my licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist until I received my license in 2020.

Expertise

I have passion in helping those struggling with relationship issues, depression, grief/loss and trauma. My other strengths include: self-esteem issues, anxiety, communication problems, aging, life changes, identity, boundaries and more.
