Hello, my name is Erica Plata and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a clinician, I provide my clients with a safe and caring environment where one can build on strengths, work towards change, and ultimately experience healing in different aspects of ones life. I can assist those who are struggling with various life difficulties which can include and are not limited to concerns with stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, family problems, trauma, work/school issues, couples therapy, etc. As a therapist I work to empower my clients by addressing past pain, living in the here and now, and moving towards a hopeful, content, and balanced future.
