I became a licensed MFT in June 2010, and have worked with people of various ages and issues ranging from age 4- 90 years of age.
Approach & Values
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, couples, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, existential and codependency issues. I come from an existential background with a solution focused approach using various powerful modalities combined with traditional talk therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindful techniques providing positive results. What makes me unique is that I provide my clients coping skills and tools that they can use on their own to maintain and reinforce positive changes.
